- If a motor vehicle has been destroyed or has been rendered permanently incapable of use, the owner shall, within fourteen days or as soon as may be, report the fact to the Registering Authority with a request to cancel the registration of the vehicle and shall forward the certificate of registration to that authority. After verification of the merit of the application and inspection of the motor vehicle, if required, the Registering Authority shall cancel the registration of such vehicle.
- Disposal : Within Three Days after inspection of the motor vehicle.
