- An application for making an entry of hire purchase, lease of hypothecation agreement in the certificate of registration in the certificate of registration of a motor vehicle in Form 34 (in duplicate) duly signed by the registered owner and financier and shall be accompanied by the certificate of registration, valid PUC and copy of Insurance Certificate.
- Disposal : Within Three Days .
- Fee Prescribed : Rs. 100.00
